By using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Cursaris is a tool for calculating and tracking positions in cryptocurrency futures and the spot market. The application is NOT a trading platform and does not execute trading operations.

2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

The application does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All calculations are informational in nature. The user makes all trading decisions independently.

3. AUTOMATED FEATURES

The application includes automatic monitoring features (Trading Plans, Alert System) that may:

  • Generate push notifications based on rules you define.
  • Send data to webhook addresses you specify when conditions are triggered.

These features do NOT make trading decisions. They provide information for you to make decisions. You can disable any automated feature at any time.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The developer is not liable for:

  • Financial losses from trading decisions.
  • Inaccuracies in calculations or data display.
  • Failures of exchange APIs.
  • Loss of data on the device.
  • Actions initiated by automated features (plans, notifications, webhooks).

5. API KEYS

Security of API keys is the responsibility of the user. It is recommended to use read-only keys without permissions for trading or withdrawals.

6. PRIVACY

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the application and on our website.

The user is responsible for independently ensuring that cryptocurrency trading is permitted in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. NO WARRANTIES

The application is provided “as is”, without any warranties. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
